Damaged or Defective Cupcakes - If your cupcakes arrive damaged or defective (broken jars), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. - We require photos of the damaged cupcakes to go forward.
Incorrect or Missing Orders - If your order is incorrect or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. - We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. - If, for any reason, you're not delighted with your cupcakes, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. - We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.
Refund Process - Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned cupcakes or resolving the issue. - Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Shipping and Handling - Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.
Cancellation Policy - We're committed to delivering the highest-quality, freshest cupcakes possible. To achieve this, we bake and ship our products quickly, often on the same day.
